There are different bidding sites that you could choose – yet you choose DealDash. This makes a lot of sense, seeing as how DealDash has the best and most helpful employees around. Even though the employees are great, the customers are the real stars of DealDash. This is why DealDash is so happy you’re here, and want to make sure that you are getting all of the help that you need on DealDash. Read on for more information on both DealDash customers and customer service.

Need Help With Anything? No Problem!

You can contact a customer service representative on DealDash anytime, day or night. Just go down to the bottom of the home page and there will be a button that says “Contact Support.”  Simply click on that button and you’ll be taken to a screen where you can choose to either send DealDash an email or click on a “Live Support” button.

Personally, I don’t care to do live support, but I have never had a DealDash issue that needed an immediate answer, either. If it’s something important that can’t wait, then live support is just what you need. Perhaps you have a question that can wait a bit longer, in that case, you might want to send DealDash an email. You’ll get a reply back within a day or so. I have actually had a reply back within 2 hours, so emailing doesn’t necessarily mean that you will have to wait a full day for an answer, either.

Bid Sales, Promotions, and Free Bids

DealDash is so happy that you choose to bid on the site that they always offer some great perks to their loyal bidders. There are many things that you might think of when you think of DealDash perks, but I’d say that the top three favorites are bid sales, promotions, and free bids. Here are how those all work:

  1. Bid Sales – Even though DealDash bids are technically worth .60 a piece, DealDash has different sales going on almost every day. A bidder can pick up a bid pack for as low as .12 per bid, but keep in mind that .12 bid sale are usually reserved for holidays.
  2. Promotions – DealDash has many different promotions that are offered. Some of these are 2x and 3x Time As The Highest Bidder (TATHB) which means that you collect time on your time clock even faster than normal. Another bidder favorite regarding promotions is the $3 No Jumper limit. Normally, there are no new bidders allowed into DealDash auctions after the auction reaches a price of $5. However, during this promotion there are no new bidders allowed in after $3. This results in less competition for you.
  3. Free Bids – What’s better than a bid sale? Free bids, of course! You can get free bids on DealDash in a variety of ways such as the TATHB that we talked about in item #2, but that’s only one way! You can also get free bids by just visiting DealDash every day and placing a bid. You will get more free bids each day that you visit DealDash consecutively, until you are getting a cool 30 free bids per day.

DealDash hopes that all of their transactions go smoothly, but occasionally there might be a problem. However, there is no problem too big for DealDash customer service! They have heard it all, and they are happy to help you if you have any problems or questions about the site. They are ready to help you, day or night. Just contact them if you need a hand!

Having a Problem?

The main time that most people contact customer service is when they have a problem. Maybe you are having trouble with using PayPal on the site, or perhaps you don’t even have a PayPal account and you are curious how it works. Personally, I prefer the “submit a request for assistance form”, however, I have never had a problem that I needed immediate assistance. Many people are a fan of the live chat feature, and once you click the “Live Support Online”, you will be connected with a friendly DealDash customer service rep almost immediately. Once you’re connected, then you can work on solving your problem.

You’re New and Confused

DealDash can be a little confusing if you have never used it before. If you have read the rules and the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and still have unanswered questions, feel free to reach out to DealDash customer service and they will be happy to help you.

There’s a Problem with Your Order

It doesn’t happen often, but occasionally there might be a problem with your order. Perhaps your order is late, it was delivered to the wrong address, or perhaps your item arrived with damages from shipping. No problem! Simply give DealDash customer service a quick email and they will take care of your problem for you.

I’ve only ever had one shipping issue with DealDash, during the Christmas rush two years ago I was due to receive a package of DVDs. When I checked the tracking it said that my package had already been delivered to an address in a different state! UPS really messed up on that one! So I contacted DealDash customer service and they shipped out another package to me that day, and I had it in my hand two days later. Easy!

You Need a Refund

What Makes DealDash Better than the Rest?

  There are a lot of bidding sites out there to choose from. Why do people choose DealDash over all of the others?

To start things off, I think that the reason people initially find DealDash is the commercials. If you haven’t seen a DealDash commercial, then you must TiVo every single moment of your TV viewing, because the DealDash commercials are everywhere. I like them because they are fun, easy to understand, and invite you to come online and read more about DealDash before making  any kind of monetary commitment. And, bonus, they feature real DealDash customers! The commercials are a great way to spread the word about DealDash, and that’s why I think that DealDash has more new users signing up than any other penny auction site. Now, the reasons that they continue bidding on DealDash versus the other sites are very easy to see.


I have always been interested in online auctions, so when I first saw a DealDash commercial a few years ago I was intrigued. I did a lot of research on penny auctions, and they sounded so fun and exciting that I signed up to not only DealDash but a few other sites as well. DealDash has always lived up to their claims. They are transparent and honest in their business practices, there are no bots, and if you see and report any “team bidding” they will shut it down. This is not the case with other bidding sites that I have tried. Penny auctions can be difficult enough to win if you are going up against a power bidder, why make it even harder by bidding on a site that allows team bidding and bots?


Speaking of bots – there’s simply no need for bots on DealDash! DealDash offers every single bidder an even playing field by giving us all a tool to help place our bids for us. The BidBuddy is the best tool around to help you win auctions. Just the BidBuddy with as many bids as you would like to spend on an auction and let the BidBuddy bid on the auction for you. Unlike other sites that offer an automatic bidder, the BidBuddy can be filled with as many bids as you would like all at one time, well before the auction starts. With other sites, if they have an automatic bidder there is a very low limit of bids that you can load, and you have to keep going back to the auction to make sure that you still have bids left in your automatic bidder.

The customer is king on DealDash. If you have a problem or question, no matter how small or silly you can always open up a support ticket and DealDash will get back to you quickly, honestly, and with a good attitude. I have had dealings with other auction sites’ customer service, and I have to say that DealDash’s customer service reps are the nicest and most polite that I have ever encountered. I am also very impressed with their response time – DealDash has literally emailed me back within an hour after opening a service ticket, and never more than 24 hours. That’s what I call great customer service!

Getting a Little Help From DealDash Customer Support

Raise your hand if you have ever used DealDash’s customer support! I know I have! You can contact DealDash’s customer support anytime you have any sort of question, comment, or problem. There are a few ways that you can contact support. You can send them an email through the DealDash website, but they also have a live online support button as well. You might think to yourself “I don’t need any help!” Well, there are a few different reasons that you might like to speak to DealDash’s customer support, here are a few common reasons:

  • You might want to inquire where your package is
  • You’re new and need a little help understanding the site
  • You would like to know how to connect with DealDash on Facebook
  • You would like to report someone for fraudulent bidding (i.e. Team Bidding)
  • You might have a general question about buying bids or paying for your won auctions

I myself have contacted DealDash for quite a few reasons – last Christmas I won 3 DVDs, and for some reason they were showing delivered…To a different state! I contacted DealDash’s customer support and after looking up the tracking numbers they immediately dispatched me out 3 more of the DVDs to my address, and I received them within days. There was no argument or attitude or anything else that you might have experienced with other company’s customer support, just a friendly person on the other end who was happy to help me.
